Clients fill out an intake and waiver form before a wax can be booked, and a video with parking and suite directions follows once the form is complete. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with shorter afternoon hours on some days, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Clients do not need to trim hair beforehand, since the waxer trims during the service if needed. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, which is typically three weeks after the last shave, and shaving between waxes is discouraged. Waxes are typically recommended every four to six weeks, and results usually last three to four weeks depending on hair growth.

The studio has a clear policy on timing and payment. Late clients get a 10-minute grace period and should text as soon as possible. Cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice by text to avoid charges, and a missed appointment without notice is billed as 50% of the booked services, which must be paid before future bookings. Repeat no-shows may be asked to prepay or refused service, and policies are applied at the owner's discretion. Partners are not allowed in the room during a wax. Children may watch the service or wait in a hallway chair. Cash is accepted, but the studio does not keep change, so clients who need change should mention it ahead of time.
