Nail enhancements cover acrylic, pink and white, hard gel, dip powder, hybrid gel and Gel-X systems, with fills and full sets priced by system. Gel-X full sets include short to long extensions. The salon uses LED lamps rather than UV lamps to cure gel polish. Prices on the menu are a reference and can change with length, shape, design and customization, and the technician gives the final quote before the service starts.

Policies are straightforward. Extensions and gel polish carry a 5-day warranty from the service date, and repairs are free during that period when the fault came from the salon, though the salon does not repair nails done elsewhere. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling at least 2 hours ahead or by leaving a voicemail, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late lose their appointment. Gift cards are physical only, bought and used in person, valid for 12 months, and can be personalized.
