Bridal Makeup and Hair Packages are the core offering. A package includes a makeup and/or hair trial at a convenient location, or the artist can travel to the client. Clients receive a custom makeup and/or hair timeline a month before the wedding, access to the business's Pinterest board for bridal inspiration, and a complimentary FaceTime consultation with Summer Miller on preparing skin before the wedding. Custom skin and hair prep is done before the trial and again on the day of service. Packages also include a touch-up kit with lipstick and translucent setting powder, a question-and-answer session before and after the trial, and detailed notes so the wedding-day look matches the trial. Makeup can be done with airbrush or traditional foundation, and a trial can test one side of the face in each. Airbrush availability depends on the artist.

Pricing is customized to each bride or bridal party, so clients request a custom quote. Booking requires a 50% non-refundable retainer. During busy season from April to November, a minimum of five total faces, including the bride, is required. Services before 8 AM carry an additional fee. Trials are recommended one to three months before the wedding, usually run 1.5 to 2 hours, and the artist follows up within 48 hours. When hair and makeup trials are booked together, they are held at separate appointment times. Makeup brushes are sanitized between clients. Outside the Indianapolis metro area, clients are asked to contact the business to check availability.
