Brow services cover a wide range: threading for the upper lip, brows or the full face, HD brow tinting and styling, and lamination that includes threading, mapping, tweezing and tinting. The salon also offers microblading, nano brows, microshading and ombre-powder combination brows, with touch-ups scheduled at six to eight weeks or once a year. Microblading begins with a phone consultation and then an in-person consultation before the first session, and a microblading appointment can be rescheduled once for a good reason.

Lash services include extensions in classic wispy, wet wispy, hybrid, volume, Russian volume and customized styles, plus mega volume full sets, express refills, lash lifting with tint, lash removal and a deep root cleansing bath. Refill timing and cost can change depending on how the client cares for their lashes at home and how much work is needed. A complimentary phone consultation is offered for lashes and brows.

Facial options include a 60-minute calming facial and HydraFacial MD, and the salon lists skincare classes and facials as a separate offering. The salon also sells skincare serums, a facial spray, lash cleansing products and gift cards.

A valid card must be on file for every appointment. Services priced at $50 and under, such as threading, do not need a deposit. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid losing the deposit, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service amount to the card on file. Confirmations and reminders go by email or text, based on the client's stated preference.

Appointments are scheduled ahead of time, with phone consultations offered before brow and lash work and an in-person consultation required before microblading begins.
