Haircut pricing separates new and returning clients. New clients can book from a first-timer welcome menu, and the new woman's cut at $128 includes a consultation, shampoo, haircut and styling but not a deep treatment; the studio says that price is 20% below its original rate. A Ritual woman's cut for first-time clients costs $160 and runs about 75 minutes, adding a Milbon deep hydrating treatment to the consultation, wash, cut and styling. Returning women's cuts are $160 for about 60 minutes with a personalized styling session. Men's cuts are $80 for new clients and $95 for existing clients, both about 60 minutes with shampoo, cut and styling. Children's cuts for ages 1 to 12 are $70 for about 45 minutes, and bang cut-point trims for existing clients are $30 for about 15 minutes, including face-framing styling.
Color work starts with a consultation offered by text or email, which may lead to an in-person appointment; pricing for color depends on the consultation. Color consultations are offered on Sundays and Thursdays only. Semi-permanent options include a custom hair glaze at $70 for about 30 minutes and a gentler sheer glazing service at $120 for about 45 minutes. Full bleach and bold fashion colors are not offered.
The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 8 PM; it is closed on Mondays. Appointment changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full service fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. If a client arrives late, services may be shortened or adjusted, for example to a haircut and styling without shampoo.
Works with each client to settle on a cut, taking into account hair texture, face shape and how the client usually styles their hair.
