Prices do not include tax. Appointments can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before the service time without a fee; no-shows and late cancellations are charged 50% of the service value. Refunds are not issued on services. Concerns about a service should be raised with a salon coordinator within three days, and adjustments to a service are made at no cost within two weeks, with the stylist who performed it.
