Each facial starts with a consultation, and the treatment is tailored from there. The Suite Signature Facial can combine a deep cleanse, light exfoliation, pore extraction where needed, a mask made to order, and massage of the face, neck and scalp. The Extended Suite goes further with a longer massage for the face and neck, a hand and foot massage, and a Reiki and gemstone healing session. Other choices include Power Peptide Resurfacing, which couples stronger exfoliation with peptides and targets moderate signs of aging; Hydrodermabrasion, performed with Elina Organics products; Nano-Infusion, which delivers custom serums into the skin with no recovery time; and Liquid Microneedling, a non-invasive treatment that uses organic spicules. Listed facial prices range from $150 to $320.

Waxing is offered for the face and body using high-quality hard wax, with listed prices from $15 for small areas to $115 for a full leg with bikini. Brazilian sugaring is available as a gentler alternative to Brazilian waxing. Clients are advised to stop retinoids seven to ten days before a waxing visit, and the business recommends facials and waxing every four to six weeks. After a facial, clients are advised to wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup.

Clients ring the studio doorbell and wait to be buzzed in. Parking is complimentary, with the first hour free in the LAZ lot at the back of the building and free two-hour parking to the right of and in front of the building. Appointments longer than one hour require texting the business for a parking code that works only at the parking machine. First-time clients receive 20% off their first appointment, and new clients are accepted. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Children under 12 cannot attend, so clients need childcare arranged beforehand. Exclusive offers and updates are shared through an email list.
