Suite Reyad was founded by Kylie and Reyad Fritas. The first salon opened in Manhattan in 2018, and the Aspen salon followed in 2021. A Palm Beach salon completes the three locations. The hair care line was created by colorists Reyad Fritas and Jax Williard Fritas with clients in mind, and the salon describes it as suited to all hair types. Each formula is built around four needs: strength, hydration, shine and healthy growth. The products are sulfate-free and phosphate-free, all natural and vegan, and approved as cruelty free under the Leaping Bunny program. Each formula includes organic date seed oil, which the brand says softens hair and supports the hair follicles. The products are made in New York with ingredients sourced in France, and the packaging is white and recyclable. The signature scent blends tobacco leaf, pine needles, date tree, waterlily, white cedar and palo santo.

At the salons, color services run from glosses and single process color to balayage highlights, double process color and color correction. The cut and style menu covers haircuts, everyday styling, event styling and standard blow-dries, and extensions are arranged by consultation. Treatments include Milbon conditioning, repairing and moisture options, a Brazilian Blow Out and a smoothing keratin treatment.

Appointments are booked through the salon's booking page, and questions about a salon visit should go to that salon by phone. Online customer support cannot change or confirm salon appointments. Product orders are handled by email, and shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. A Forbes headline describes the founders as two celebrity colorists creating luxury haircare that supports hair health, and The Purist has described the Aspen salon as bringing après-ski hair artistry to the St. Regis Aspen Resort.
