The listed location is Gold Coast, but visits are also arranged at the client's home or another personal space throughout the greater Chicago area.

Every visit starts with a 30-minute new client consultation at $50, with a $50 deposit needed to reserve the appointment. Pricing and treatment plans are discussed during that appointment, since all services are consultation-based.

Aesthetic work includes Botox for fine lines and wrinkles, wrinkle relaxer appointments using Botox, Xeomin or Daxxify for expression lines, and Restylane hyaluronic acid filler for facial volume. Kybella, using deoxycholic acid, is offered for submental fat under the chin, and Trap Tox relaxes the trapezius muscles for a slimmer, more elongated neck. Smaller targeted treatments cover brow, lid and lip lifts, bunny lines, chin dimpling, gummy smile correction and masseter injections for a slimmer lower face. Treatments that complete or correct a previous treatment are also offered.

Therapeutic injectables include masseter and TMJ injections for jaw clenching or teeth grinding, hyperhidrosis treatment for excessive sweating in the scalp, palms and underarms, and Botox for chronic migraines, tension-related headaches and neurological conditions including dystonia. Trap Tox can also be used for chronic shoulder or neck pain and frequent tension headaches. Chronic migraine Botox is not currently covered by insurance, and its pricing is discussed at the appointment.

The practice offers IV drip treatments aimed at skin health, with a blend of NAD+, vitamin C, glutathione and biotin, customized to each client's skin goals. It also provides Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, a medical treatment using hands-on techniques delivered by Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine. Sessions run 15 minutes for $60 or 30 minutes for $120. Groups of five or more can arrange Botox gatherings by submitting the contact form. Each attendee receives a single 10% discount, and a complimentary follow-up injection is offered two to three weeks after the first round, at the physician's discretion.
