The final price for color depends on hair health, density, length and any extra time needed. It is discussed at consultation, or clients can request an estimate by email before booking.
Booking requires a credit or debit card on file, but no payment is taken at booking unless noted. Clients can pay by credit or debit card, CashApp, Venmo or cash, and non-cash payments carry a 5% processing fee.
Changes are handled with a 48-hour window. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours ahead are free, while later changes and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full booked service. Same-day appointments cannot be cancelled or moved to another date.
A VIP mailing list is available with hair tips, exclusive offers, giveaways and access to a shop of products.
Suite Curls centers on natural and curly hair, with the stylist continuing her education in natural and healthy hair care.
