Sugaring is the salon's primary service, offered to both women and men. The paste is a blend of sugar, lemon and water, and it contains no wax. Application lifts hair out from the follicle, moving in the direction of growth. Hair needs to be about 1/8 inch long for treatment, which the salon notes is roughly ten days of growth for most people. According to the salon, its Comfort Sugaring system ranks among the more sophisticated sugaring methods in the United States. Every specialist is trained in sugaring technique, natural skincare protocols and the safe application of ingredients.

Beyond hair removal, the menu includes Brow Science, which combines Brow Lamination, Brow Sugar and tint for fuller, more defined brows; a Keratin Lash Lift; vegan facials under the Authentic Skin program; and organic airbrush spray tans using the Pure Gold system. Glow Fix tans use a naturally derived formula, and the Express and Sedona versions develop in about four to five hours. Sugaring and spray tanning can be booked on the same day.

Before a sugaring appointment, clients are asked to arrive five minutes early with clean, dry skin and to avoid oils, lotion and deodorant. Fragrance-free sanitary wipes are offered before a service. Clients on daily Retin A are asked to stop one week before a face sugaring appointment, and clients who have taken Accutane are advised to wait six months to a year after stopping. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments carry a fee of 40 percent of the scheduled services, and repeated ones may be charged the full service amount.

Monthly memberships and prepaid series packages are available for regular clients. The Scottsdale location is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $100, $150 or $200, or a custom amount.
