Sugar hair removal is the studio's main offering, available for the face, body and legs and on nearly every area except the scalp, beard, ears and nostrils. The paste is made from sugar, lemon juice and water. According to the studio's FAQ, it breaks down naturally, is gentler on skin, and is less likely to cause ingrown hairs than traditional waxing. Before an appointment, hair should be about the size of a grain of rice, roughly two weeks without shaving. Clients are asked to exfoliate a day or two ahead and to avoid lotion or oil that day. Afterward, touching, exfoliating, working out and tanning are avoided for 24 hours, and gentle moisturizing and exfoliating two to three times a week is recommended.

Beyond sugaring, the studio offers brow shaping, tinting, staining, lamination and brow and lip services, along with lash tints, lash lifts and a lash lift with tint. A lash lift is a perm for lashes that lifts them at the base and lasts about six weeks, and the eyes stay closed during the treatment. For the first 24 hours afterward, water, steam and eye makeup are avoided.

Permanent makeup includes hybrid brows, which combine manual microblading strokes at the front of the brow with shading through the brow, and ombre brows, which use shading for a filled-in makeup look. Clients must be 18 or older for any tattoo or permanent makeup service. A candidacy check is required first, and a free consultation is offered. A required six-week touchup is part of the process.

Booking carries a $50 non-refundable deposit for all services except consultations, applied toward the service. Changes need 72 hours notice, or the card is charged 50% of the service cost. Cancelling within 24 hours results in a charge of the full service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling plus a $50 rebooking fee. A deposit can be transferred once to a new date. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full and may lead to being barred from future bookings. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
