Those new to waxing who have been shaving should allow three and a half to four weeks before the first session. For full-body waxing, come in clean with no lotion or oil on the skin. Clients who are menstruating can still book, provided they wear a tampon or menstrual cup.

Aftercare starts 24 hours after service, with exfoliation beginning at 48 hours and continuing two to three times a week. The studio notes that results typically last three to four weeks with consistent appointments and proper aftercare. If using a numbing cream, apply it 45 to 60 minutes before the appointment; the studio notes most over-the-counter numbing creams are not very effective. Clients who think they are having an allergic or bacterial reaction are advised to seek medical care.

The studio is open Friday from 4 to 7 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm, and is closed Monday through Thursday. A completed online consent form is required from all clients. Minors need parental consent, and the parent or guardian must sign the form and be present during the service. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book select services and is applied to the total. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 70 percent of the service price, and no-shows cannot book future appointments. All services are non-refundable. Accepted payments include exact cash, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, and credit or debit cards. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to rude or disrespectful clients.
