Sugarland Electrolysis

Sugarland Electrolysis Clinic, LLC is located in Suite 155 at 5819 Highway 6 in Missouri City. The clinic offers electrolysis for permanent hair removal for women, men and teens. Dr. Cigdem Millik owns and operates the clinic and serves in an advisory role, and treatments are performed by Dr. Millik and Asli Reichert. The clinic states that it is board certified by the American Electrology Association and describes electrolysis as the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Booking an appointment means agreeing to the clinic's policies, and a valid credit or debit card must be placed on file. Informed consent is required from every client, and clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who gives consent. The reception area leads to private one-on-one treatment rooms.

Face and body electrolysis is priced by session length: 15 minutes for $80, 30 minutes for $100, 45 minutes for $130, 60 minutes for $150, 1 hour 15 minutes for $190, 1 hour 30 minutes for $220, 1 hour 45 minutes for $260 and 2 hours for $300. Genital area electrolysis runs from $110 for 15 minutes to $440 for 2 hours, with the same time steps in between. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted and payment is due at the time of service, while card or debit payments carry an additional 3% processing fee.

Consultations are available in person for $50, or as a complimentary virtual consultation by cellphone text with photos. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations, including those caused by client emergencies, are charged to the card on file. Late arrivals are charged for the full originally scheduled time, and sessions cannot be extended. All sales are final, with no refunds, exchanges or credits once a service has been performed. Gift cards can be bought online in amounts of $50, $100, $250, $500 or a custom amount.

Safety comes first, with single-use pre-sterilized probes for every treatment, disposable drapes and barriers for each client, and instrument sterilization that follows CDC and American Electrology Association standards.
