The studio is a small, independently run business. It describes its aim as offering an elevated hair removal and facial experience to the local community, inspired by the sun, sand and ocean of Southern California.

Hair removal is done with sugaring, using a paste made from organic sugar, lemon and water. The paste is applied at room temperature and worked into the follicles against the direction of growth, so hair is lifted with the grain. It is vegan, gluten-free, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and lemon is its only preservative. According to the studio, results can last four to six weeks, compared with two to four for waxing, and the process also exfoliates the skin. A first appointment needs at least two weeks of growth after shaving, and sugaring is offered to clients thirteen and older.

Facials use the Evan Healy plant-based skincare line. The Signature Glow Facial is shaped around the client's top priority, whether that is calming sensitive skin, working with oily or problem-prone skin, or an anti-aging focus. Plus and Platinum versions add red light therapy, microcurrent therapy or Gua Sha. A shorter Glow & Go Cleanse covers a cleanse, light exfoliation and targeted hydration. The studio describes its facials as spa-quality without the formality of a spa. Sugar & Glow can be added to any face sugaring service, and a Bikini Glow treatment can be added to a bikini or Brazilian appointment.

Booking is available online or by phone or text. Clients have five reserved parking spaces in the garage directly behind the studio, and can use other unreserved garage spots or the adjacent lot when those are full. The studio is open Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed.

Sugaring is applied at room temperature and pulls hair in the direction it grows, and facial services are built around each client's main goal.
