Brow services include shaping, trimming and tweezing, henna brow tinting, and a combined brow shape and henna tint. The skin menu is smaller and includes Celluma red light therapy, which the studio describes for acne, collagen and wrinkles, high frequency, and a cooling, hydrating occlusive jelly mask. Full Face is not offered to clients using topical medications or retinoids.

Before a sugaring visit, clients are asked to let hair grow two to three weeks and to avoid trimming. For two days beforehand, skin should not be exfoliated or given lotions or oils. Aftercare is a daily routine of exfoliating and moisturizing with organic oils.

A 45% charge applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Touch Up must be booked within two weeks of a previous visit; later visits are charged the regular price. Payment is accepted by cash and credit card, and buy now, pay later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Business hours are Monday to Wednesday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 1 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed on Fridays and Sundays. Parking is in the complex. Clients may use the visitor spot or a blank spot only, and only when the gate is up. Parking is free on Saturdays.

Sugaring is the core method, using a three-ingredient paste of lemon, sugar and water that the studio describes as organic, followed by daily aftercare with organic oils.
