The structured hard gel manicure takes about an hour and includes a nail trim and file, electric-file cuticle removal, and a hard gel overlay shaped to create an apex, finished with gel color. The salon states that its Japanese hard gel manicures can last up to three to four weeks with proper care.

The salon offers two extension styles, each with a different application time. Seamless Gel-X extensions take roughly 1 hour 20 minutes. They go on without pressing the tips into the cuticle, and an e-file is used to refine and blend the edges. Japanese-style gel tip extensions take about two hours. Half-moon tips are placed from the base to the fingertip, and a Japanese UV gel overlay builds the apex. Sets are charged a surcharge when the extension reaches past one third of the nail bed, which counts as long. Clients who want to avoid that surcharge can choose a shorter length.

Simpler options include a regular gel manicure at about 40 minutes, with nail cutting, cuticle care, cuticle oil, hand lotion and a hot towel finish, and a clean manicure at about 25 minutes that adds gentle exfoliation and omits polish. The salon recommends its builder gel manicure for thin, soft or easily broken nails rather than the regular gel manicure.

Gel removal is priced by type: soft gel, hard gel, UV gel, arylic or extension removal, and removal combined with a manicure. Basic removal takes about 15 minutes. Removal is booked only for gel the salon applied itself, because of limited staffing, and it does not include nail trimming or shaping unless a clean manicure is added. Add-ons include crystal or charm removal and a gel overlay for long nails, which cannot be booked alone.
