The spa manicures and pedicures build on a classic base with added steps. The Milk & Honey options use a sugar exfoliation made with organic milk and honey along with hot towel wraps. Lavender services add a lavender scrub, mud pack, and massage, while Peppermint and Hot Stone services bring in paraffin, a peppermint-scented massage, or hot stone work. The Sugar Signature services combine a scrub, mud pack, hot stone massage, and paraffin. Spa pedicures add callus treatment and steam, with a choice of soaks and massage lengths.

The enhancement menu includes acrylic, dip powder, builder gel, Gel-X, liquid gel, pink and white, French, cat eye, chrome, and ombre finishes. Full sets and fills are priced by option, and removal is offered for acrylic and dip powder. Gel polish changes are available for hands or feet, and add-ons include French nails or toes, a design on two nails, and a massage.

Facial services include a Custom Essential facial, which starts with a skin analysis and moves through cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and a treatment mask over about 90 minutes. The menu also lists a facial massage, a tint, an eyebrow perm, and a facial massage package. The Custom Essential facial is priced by variation.

Services are by appointment, and walk-ins may not be honored. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and a service may be shortened or rescheduled if the client is 10 or more minutes late. Cancellations or changes are requested at least 12 to 24 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. Services are non-refundable, but lifting, chipping, or breakage reported within 3 days of the visit qualifies for a free fix. Services are not performed on open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions, and clients should disclose allergies or sensitivities. Children must be supervised at all times. Prices can vary by length, shape, add-ons, and nail condition, and an upcharge applies to extra requested work. Cash, cards, and mobile payments are accepted, and gratuity is appreciated but not required. eGift cards are sold in set and custom amounts.
