Sugaring paste is made from sugar, lemon and water and applied by hand, then removed in the direction of hair growth. According to the salon, the paste sticks only to dead skin and hair rather than lifting live skin, and it is gentler than waxing because it contains no resin. Each portion of paste is used for one client and then discarded, and no sticks or strips are involved. The salon also notes that sugaring doubles as a body exfoliant.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express mini-facial to a 60-minute signature facial with cleansing, exfoliation, massage, a custom mask, serums and moisturizer. Other options include a hydrating facial using enzyme exfoliation and a healing mask, an anti-aging facial meant to help minimize the look of wrinkles, a back treatment, a facial for the bikini area with steam and a high-frequency treatment, and a 60-minute facial designed for men.

Chemical peels use Rhonda Allison peels, which the salon describes as built from naturally occurring acids from plants and fruits. A progressive peel is the mildest option and can be repeated up to once a week. Mid-depth and deep peels include post care, and a consultation plus a patch test 24 to 48 hours beforehand are required. Microdermabrasion and chemical peels both require a consultation facial before booking.

Clients complete a consultation form and the intake form for their service before arriving. Appointments are secured with a card on file that is not charged to reserve. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by call or text, and a 50% fee applies otherwise. Cash is preferred, and Visa and Mastercard are accepted; checks are not. Gift cards can be purchased on the website.

The salon describes its products as biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and free of toxins and chemicals, and builds its treatments around sugaring and botanical skin care.
