The menu is grouped into body treatments, brows, facials, intimate lightening, lashes, skin lightening and waxing. Body treatments include a booty facial and a back facial. Facials range from a teen-friendly option and a quick dermaplane treatment to enzyme and DermaGLOW facials and an acne program that starts with a consultation. Brazilian and full-body sugaring is a core focus, and the salon describes itself as one of LA County's top destinations for those services. It also states it was featured on CBS's Destination LA.

Intimate lightening includes the inner thigh, underarm, booty and Brazilian areas. Brazilian lightening covers the labia, the bikini line and up to three fingers toward the inner thigh, and it is offered to women only. According to the salon, typical courses run 1-3 sessions for mild or medium pigmentation and 3-6 sessions for severe pigmentation.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3:30 PM. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments are booked online through its GlossGenius page, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and card are accepted.

Cancellations and reschedules carry a 50% fee, except same-day changes. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service fee, and appointments have a 10-minute grace period after which the booking is cancelled with a 100% fee. Changes are made by text to the salon's number rather than by email or direct message.

Each service is customized to the client's skin needs, according to the salon.
