Karli owns the studio and performs the services there. Sugaring is the core of the menu, with natural sugar used for the face, brows, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, underarms and intimate areas. Prices are split into maintenance and non-maintenance rates: maintenance applies when the last service was less than 8 weeks earlier, while new clients and anyone returning after 8 or more weeks pay the non-maintenance rate. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice and able to be pinched and pulled before sugaring, so two weeks of growth since the last shave or trim, or four weeks since a wax or sugar, is the ideal window. Clients are asked to exfoliate the area 24 hours before and to avoid trimming or shaving beforehand, since cutting hair too short can lead to a request to reschedule. New clients are invited to book a touch-up 7 to 10 days after their first visit, and later touch-ups are not required.

The personalized European facial runs 60 minutes for $125. It includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage and a mask, followed by a selection of eye, lip, serum, moisturizer and SPF products chosen for the client. The facial uses either a light chemical peel or one of the studio's gentle hand-selected products, and it can be adjusted to individual skin needs and tolerance.

Booking requires a government-issued ID and a completed intake form before any service, and clients must be 18 or older. Services are not offered to minors in the studio. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged 50% of the total. Clients who arrive after a third of their appointment time has passed may be asked to reschedule if the service cannot be finished in the remaining time, and are charged 50%. Refunds are not given for appointments or products, so any concern needs to be raised within 24 hours of the service. In some cases a free or reduced-price touch-up may be offered to fix a documented issue. The intake form and card authorization include a release covering possible reactions, and the studio notes that it cannot predict how a client will react to the products used.

Sugaring is the main method, and the facial is adjusted to each client's skin and tolerance rather than run as a fixed routine.
