The sugar paste is made from three ingredients: sugar, lemon, and water. The studio does not use wax, and it states that its ingredients are 100 percent natural. It says it has served more than 1,000 clients.

The studio treats hair removal as a form of self-care and describes the space as judgment-free for people who have never been sugared as well as those who come regularly. Services are grouped into Bikini and Intimate, Lower Body, Upper Body, Face, Treatments, and Add-Ons, so clients can book a single area or a combination. Body wraps are offered as separate treatments, with a mineral-rich mud version and a moisturizing hydration version, each available in half or full body sizes.

The studio also offers a Deeva Membership at $25 per month, which includes 25 percent off all services, 10 percent loyalty cash back, and 10 percent off retail. Studio hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. The studio is closed on Sundays. Clients should arrive on time, since arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the appointment, and cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Clients under 18 need an adult to complete the New Client Form, and an adult must come along on the first visit.

Sugaring is the studio's specialty rather than an add-on. Consistent appointments every two to three weeks may gradually lead to finer, softer, and reduced hair growth, though results vary and sugaring is not considered permanent hair removal.
