Arriving clients wait in their car until they are called or texted to come in. Children and guests are not permitted, and a client who arrives with someone who cannot wait in the car has the service rescheduled and charged as a late cancellation. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and changes or no-shows with less notice are charged the full cost of the service. Arriving too late to finish booked services is charged at 100% of their cost. Clients with a repeated pattern of late arrivals or no-shows may be refused future bookings, and an unpaid fee invoice past its due date leads to future appointments being declined and existing ones cancelled.
