Sugar Boss Beauty works on lash extensions, with fill appointments booked separately, and also offers lashes, brows, package deals, and teeth whitening under the Floss Boss name.

Communication runs by text only. Calls and voicemails go unanswered, text replies are expected within about 6 to 12 hours, and email (Sanolashesbyk@gmail.com) is answered within 24 to 72 hours. Appointments need to be booked at least 48 hours ahead with a non-refundable retainer, which holds the time. Each appointment must be confirmed by text by noon on the day, or it is cancelled.

Changes and fees are spelled out in advance. Clients get one reschedule or cancellation, made at least 48 hours ahead. Late changes carry a $30 fee, as does a same-day cancellation. Arriving 5 to 10 minutes late costs $15, and arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment. A no-call, no-show is charged $40 to the card on file or by invoice. Clients who have cancelled or rescheduled more than four times can no longer book. Service changes can't be made at the appointment, though a consultation can be booked beforehand. Listed prices are firm.

For lash appointments, clients arrive with lashes clean and ready, or book a lash removal or lash bath as an add-on. Fills are not done on lashes applied by another technician, and they repair an existing set rather than replace it. If more than 40% of the extensions are detached or grown out, the visit is treated as a full set. Fills must be scheduled in advance, and same-day fills are not offered. Extensions are temporary and typically last about 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the client and aftercare. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments, and new clients should arrive on time to complete paperwork.

Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Chime, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and debit, Visa, or Mastercard with tap to pay. CashApp is not accepted. Booking authorizes charges for fees, add-ons, and late charges to the card on file. Discount codes are entered at checkout, and discounted services are non-refundable.
