The sugaring paste is a mix of sugar, water and lemon juice, sometimes with essential oils, salt or honey. It is applied lukewarm and removed in the direction of hair growth, then rinsed off with plain water. The studio uses organic products. According to the business, sugaring removes only dead skin cells, while waxing also takes live skin cells, and regular sessions gradually slow unwanted hair growth.

Alongside sugaring, the studio offers Korean lash lifts, a semi-permanent method developed in Korea that curls lashes from the root. Silicone shields guide each lash, and the treatment uses a cysteamine hydrochloride-based lotion instead of thioglycolate-based solutions. Processing time is adjusted to each client's lash texture, and results last six to eight weeks. A consultation comes first to confirm the treatment is right for the client. Clients with active eye infections, badly damaged lashes or recent eye surgery are advised to wait.

Booking is online through Vagaro, including from a mobile device. A credit card and a 50% deposit are required at booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes or no-shows are charged 50% of the service amount. Arriving more than five minutes late forfeits the deposit, and once a service has started the full fee applies even if the client stops early. Some discomfort during treatment is described as a normal part of the process.

Sugaring is done in the direction of hair growth with an organic paste, and the studio aims for a gentle, comfortable and personalized visit.
