Sugaring here is a hair removal method using a paste made of lemon, sugar and water, with no additives and no cloth strips. The paste goes on at body temperature and is lifted off in the direction of hair growth. The salon says it is less painful than waxing for most clients and gentler on the skin, and that regular appointments can leave regrowth slower, finer and lighter. Most clients stay smooth for about two to three weeks. For a first visit, hair should be about 1/8 inch long, while maintenance visits can remove hair as short as 1/16 inch. Appointments may be charged even if hair is too short, so clients are asked to wait a few more days.

Body and intimate sugaring is offered to both men and women, from a single arm or leg to full-body packages. Sensitive-area services include Brazilian and bikini options, split between new clients or visits five or more weeks apart and shorter maintenance visits within four weeks. The salon says its Numbing Cream can take up to 80% of the sting out of sensitive-area services. Two masks, the Whipped Soothing Mask and the Snatched Mask, are used for underarm, Brazilian and bikini work, and High Frequency is available for any area. The Sugar Bee Signature Vajacial is a ten-step treatment for ingrown hairs in the Brazilian area and is done right after a Brazilian or within five days, on sugared skin. The Bee-hind Facial is a six-step ingrown hair treatment booked as an add-on within seven days of a full bee-hind sugaring.

Facial options include a one-hour Signature Custom Facial, where products are chosen for each client's skin and the visit includes a steam double cleanse, skin analysis, extractions and a lifting facial massage. There is a Fresh Face Teen Facial, a Gentlemen's Facial with cherry pepper extracts and a cooling mask, and a set of seasonal facials. The Hearts Delight Facial For Two is a paired booking only and is arranged by calling the salon. Chemical peels range from a maintenance peel and a clear skin peel to a brightening peel and a TCA-based healthy aging peel, and the Mint Poppy Seed Back Facial is described by the salon as a clientele favorite.

Visits require booking ahead. Women's full body sugaring requires a non-refundable deposit. There is a ten-minute grace period, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the service fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full fee and may require prepayment for future visits. Only the client receiving service may be in the treatment room, children under 14 are not permitted in the spa, and minors may be accompanied by a parent or guardian while disabled clients may bring a caregiver. Clients who are on their period can still book a Brazilian, but pads are not allowed.
