Sugaring is the hair removal method the salon focuses on. The paste is made from sugar, water and lemon and grips the hair rather than the live skin. The salon says sugaring causes less irritation and is less painful than waxing, and it describes its sugar as all natural. Areas covered include the face, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, legs, arms, back, chest, bootie and shoulder tops. Brazilian and bikini services are offered to women only, while men can book sugaring for the back, chest, arms and legs. Hair needs to be at least a quarter inch long before sugaring, and clients who shave or wax are given guidance on how long to let hair grow first. Training sugaring for Brazilian, bikini or underarm areas is performed by a trainee and supervised by an advanced technician, at a lower price.

To book a facial, call the salon. The 35-minute mini facial covers cleansing, either dermaplaning or a peel, a mask matched to skin type, and a moisturizer. The 50-minute signature luxury facial opens with a complete assessment of the skin, then exfoliates the face, neck and chest (décolletage), performs pore extractions, and finishes with a treatment adjusted to the client's needs. Add-ons available to the luxury facial are a Gua Sha massage, an LED panel, dermaplaning, or a concentrated peel.

A card is required to hold an appointment but is not charged for the service. Facial cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, carry a 50% service charge. Sugaring changes or cancellations within two hours of the appointment carry a $15 fee. Gratuity is added automatically at 15% if the client has not left at least 15% for the esthetician, and at 18% for services longer than one hour. Monthly memberships require a three-month minimum and are cancelled by email.

Sugaring is used as a gentler, less painful alternative to waxing, and facial treatments are tailored to each client's skin and goals.
