The sugaring paste is a blend of sugar, water and lemon, used at roughly body temperature, so it is gentler on the skin than melted wax. The studio provides both sugaring and waxing. Hair should measure about a quarter inch, roughly the size of a grain of rice, for removal to work. Clients who shave regularly can typically book around two weeks after their last shave. Visits are generally best spaced four to six weeks apart, though hair growth differs from person to person. Clients are asked not to shave between appointments.

Hair removal is offered to women, men, non-binary people and clients of all genders. Prices are set by the time a service takes and the technique it needs, not by gender. Returning clients who come back within six weeks are charged maintenance prices, which apply to the Brazilian and bikini services.

First-time clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early. Clients must be at least 18, and anyone younger needs a parent's signature on the intake form.
