The studio specializes in sugaring, a hair removal method it describes as one of the oldest and most natural options. Its paste is made only of sugar, water and lemon, and the business describes its sugaring as natural and biodegradable. The method is said to have originated in Egypt.

Services are grouped into body sugaring, bundles that combine several areas at a set price, facial sugaring, intimates sugaring and Pro Face Aesthetics. Bundles include options such as a Brazilian with half stomach, a Brazilian with inner thigh, a combined Brazilian, underarm, half stomach and inner thigh trio, and a vacation package that covers several areas. A full body sugaring service is also offered.

Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, roughly a quarter inch, for sugaring to work well. Smoothness typically lasts about three to five weeks, depending on how quickly hair grows. Clients switching from shaving need at least ten days of growth, and clients switching from waxing need five to seven days.

Appointments are open for individuals and for groups of friends or family. Bookings are made through an online platform, which also sells products and gift cards. A valid card on file is needed to secure an appointment, and appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance with a confirmation call two business days before.

The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday from 3pm to 8pm, Friday from 9pm to 8pm, Saturday from 8am to 4pm and Sunday from 10am to 2pm, and is closed on Mondays.

The business also offers education in sugaring. Options include a weekly live Zoom training with a different body part each week, a one-day course on operating a sugaring studio in private or group formats, and a one-day Bare Pro Certification covering full body sugaring excluding Brazilian. A two-day in-person Advanced Sugaring Training for students with prior experience leads to a Bare Pro Advanced Certification, and lifetime support is included for advanced students. A one-day Brazilian Sugaring Training (Tier 3) course requires an existing sugaring certification.

Sugaring is applied against the direction of hair growth and removed in the direction of growth, so the paste lifts hair and dead skin without gripping live skin.
