Suga Mama's Body Sugaring

Online booking organizes appointments into Skin Care, Sugaring and Sugaring Combos, so clients can choose a single service or pair sugaring with other treatments.

The business sells gift certificates and sugaring packs through its online store, which makes it possible to buy a treatment for someone else or to take sugaring products home.

Booking is done online and requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. That deposit is credited toward the appointment balance. Because the policies around deposits, cancellations and late arrival are strict, clients should read them before booking. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged for all remaining booked services.

Clients are asked to arrive early or on time, since grace periods no longer apply to any appointment type. Anyone running late should call or text the business at (713) 489-6377 before the appointment start time. A $20 late fee is added to the balance if service begins after the scheduled time, and appointments are cancelled 10 minutes after the scheduled start.
