The New Client Experience is the entry point for newcomers and comes in three tiers. Every tier includes a consultation, a shampoo with a micromist hydration treatment and a style. The Lux tier adds strand strengthening, scalp detoxification and a precision cut, and the Premium tier includes the precision cut. The Basic tier is style only. It runs from $275 and typically takes about two hours or more.

Returning clients can book the Existing Client Experience from $90, about 45 minutes or more. Other hair services include Flexi or Cold Rod Sets from $175, Twisted Styles from $150, custom color sessions, extension services, natural braids, protective style prep, silk presses, the Suede Head Spa Experience and the Suede Loc Experience.
