The menu spans several areas. Facials are customized and aimed at acne, aging and dullness, using medical-grade products and techniques. Injectables include Botox, Kybella for under-chin fullness, and several hyaluronic acid fillers for lips, smile lines and cheeks. Eye care covers lash and brow lifts plus prescription eye drops for lash growth and drooping upper lids. Laser services include hair reduction priced by area, acne treatment, rosacea treatment and BBL skin tightening. The spa also offers PRP hair growth and joint treatments, microneedling with added enhancements, several massage styles, and weight management injections.

A visit usually starts with a free 15-minute skin consultation with medical aestheticians. It includes a skin analysis, suggested treatments, and advice on products and a skincare routine, and there is no obligation to book. Appointments are made by calling the spa, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone. Late cancellations or missed appointments may carry a fee. The spa is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm, and is closed on Sundays.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin after an assessment, using medical-grade products and techniques. Medical aestheticians handle the initial consultation and recommendations.
