Founder and permanent makeup artist Olesya Subbot performs every procedure herself, with no rotating artists or handovers, and maps and designs each client's work from the first consultation through the perfecting session. The studio says microblading is the most requested brow service in Boston and that clients travel to it from well beyond Greater Boston, with clients also coming from Newton, Brookline, Dedham and Jamaica Plain.

A visit usually begins with a consultation. Phone and online consultations are free, while an in-studio consultation costs $50 and is deducted from the price if the procedure is booked. Numbing cream is applied beforehand, most sessions run 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the technique, and initial healing takes 7 to 14 days, with final results showing in 4 to 6 weeks.

Correction work starts with an assessment of pigment depth, tone, the previous technique and skin condition, and may include gradual saline lightening sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart before redesign. Nano and powder brows typically last one to three years, depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.

Shapes each brow, lip and eyeline around the client's natural features, with the founder performing every procedure personally and the technique recommended changed if the first choice is unlikely to hold on the client's skin.
