The salon describes its atmosphere as lively, fun and full of laughter. Its core services are quick weaves, from a recurl of an existing quick weave to partial and pixie styles, plus relaxer services sorted by hair history: a first-time virgin relaxer, a partial relaxer with style, and a retouch with cut and style. Custom Cut and Style is for relaxed hair and requires a consultation before booking when camouflage styling with weave enhancements is wanted.
New clients book a consultation first. Consultations are held on Tuesdays only, cost $20, run 30 minutes, are required before chemical services and do not count toward the service price. A non-refundable $20 deposit secures an appointment and can be paid by Zelle or Apple Pay, after which the address is provided. The remaining balance is due on the day, in cash or by card.
Clients should arrive on time. Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $25 late fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment with the full service charged. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours are charged the full service price, as are same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows, who are banned. Extra guests are only permitted if they are also being serviced. Quick weaves cannot be shampooed.
