The brow services start with brow mapping, followed by soft wax hair removal, precision tweezing and aftercare. A brow appointment can also be booked as a full set that includes a set of customized lash extensions.
The lash menu covers fills for lashes that have grown out, in hybrid, volume and mega styles, and full sets in hybrid, volume and mega styles. Hybrid sets blend classic and volume lashes and are customized to eye shape. Volume and mega work fans two to ten, or seven to fifteen, lashes onto each natural lash. A removal service takes off all existing extensions before a new set.
A complimentary fix is offered to clients who had a full set of lash extensions. It has to be booked within three days (72 hours) of the original appointment. Fix visits booked after that window are charged the regular fill rate. Makeup is offered as a separate one-hour appointment, with pricing set per booking.
Lash sets are customized, with hybrid work fitted to each client's eye shape. Complimentary fixes are time-limited to keep follow-up visits within a set window.
