New clients can start with a free, in-person 15-minute consultation. It covers an assessment of the hair, discussion of goals, a breakdown of what upkeep will involve and service recommendations.
The color menu includes lived-in dimensional color using balayage or blended foils, full and partial blonding, grey blending, full color, root refreshes, and root refreshes combined with blonding. Partial lived-in color is suggested for returning clients every 8 to 12 weeks. Cuts, blowouts with a deep conditioning or reparative treatment, and blowouts with gloss are also offered.
Appointments are booked online through the website, which also has a shop and gift cards. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of an appointment are charged a 50% fee, and clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to reschedule. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with hours that vary by day.
