Styles by Zoua LLC is a hair salon suite at 7240 E Point Douglas Rd S in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, located inside Salons by JC. Zoua opened the suite in 2021, after working as an employee and product coordinator and later in management at other salons. Zoua has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2008.

The salon works with both long and short hair and takes clients of all ages, so families can often book together. Zoua welcomes new and returning clients. Haircuts, color and highlights, lived-in color, permanent waving and conditioning treatments make up the main menu, with facial waxing and brow tinting offered as add-ons.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less notice carry a booking fee of 50% of the reserved services, and so does a no-call, no-show. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be accommodated, and the cancellation fee then applies.

New guests booking a haircut only should choose the New Guest Haircut service. New guests booking chemical services receive a virtual email consultation within 24 to 48 hours, unless an in-person consultation was already scheduled or the appointment is not approved. Returning clients who want a new look should add a consultation to the booking. Express haircut and haircut-and-style appointments are for returning clients on a 4 to 8 week upkeep schedule who have had two to three or more appointments.

Some services require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service when it is performed. Issues with a service can be reported within 7 days of the visit for a correction at no additional charge, except for color corrections, which are not guaranteed. Vivid and rainbow hair color services are not booked.
