The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and it is closed on Mondays. Clients can reach it by phone at (918) 616-9521 or by email at style.by.torii@gmail.com.

Hair needs to be fully detangled before a visit. If it is not, a $60 detangling fee is added to the service, and a further detangling or de-matting fee may apply depending on how severe the tangles or matting are. Clients booking for a child should let the stylist know when scheduling. Children's hair must also be fully detangled beforehand, and an extra fee applies if a child cannot sit still or cooperate during the service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 50% of the service price. Once a service has begun, the full cost is owed even if it is not finished. Any cancellation fee must be settled before a future appointment can be booked.
