Many prices are listed by style and length. Several braid prices start at mid-back length, and the medium box braid price covers mid-back only, with waistline, butt and thigh lengths costing extra. Large and medium braid prices often include hair, while the medium goddess and Miracle Knots prices include a hair pack or a deposit.

Booking is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted and guests are not allowed, and clients are asked not to arrive early. A cancellation made less than 48 hours ahead forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to rebook. Squeeze-in appointments, for last-minute or requested times outside availability, carry a $50 fee added to the service.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:15 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:15 PM to 8:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:15 PM to 7:30 PM.
