Braiding is the core of the menu, covering box braids, knotless braids, Bohemian and Fulani styles, stitch braids, jumbo stitched ponytails and men's braids. Braid prices do not include hair, shampoo or blow dry. Clients can add those services on, or arrive already shampooed and blown out with no product. The required hair must be on hand, since an appointment is ended on arrival without it.

Weaves and extensions include traditional and flip-over sew-ins, quick weaves, half-up half-down sew-ins, extended ponytails and tape-in installs. Weave prices exclude bundles, which are sold online. Extension removal is only offered for extensions the studio installed, and only within three months of installation. Layers and extra styling such as curls, crimps or loose waves can be added to sew-in and extension services.

Hair treatments are spaced at least six weeks apart. The Karis Hair Care & Repair Treatment comes in two versions: a returning-client version that requires a visit in the last six months, and a first-time version that begins with a consultation to build a custom hair care plan. The studio describes this treatment as promoting hair growth. Color is offered to returning clients only, and color corrections and touch-ups are limited to clients the studio has previously served.

When the books are full, a squeeze-in can be added for $75 on top of the balance. The squeeze-in waitlist runs first come, first served, clients are notified when a spot opens, and no deposit is needed to join.

Consultations are used before new color clients and hair treatments so the work can be planned around the client's hair.
