Services are grouped into color, consultations, hair and treatments. Color work starts at $65 and runs 150 minutes or more, and a consultation is required before any color service. The hair menu covers a broad range of styles: protective styles such as sew-ins, kinky twists, flat twists, two strand twists, braid downs and loc services, along with silk presses, rod sets, roller sets, wash-and-go styling, haircuts, and relaxers. Extension methods include tape-in, microlink, clip-in and quick weave, and Miracle Knots are offered as an alternative to boho box braids using feather crochet extensions. Wig maintenance and curls for natural hair, wigs or weaves are also available.

Treatments include deep conditioning, hydration, protein, shampoo and an amino acid smoothing treatment that is non-chemical and includes style and trim. Hours are Monday and Friday 6:30 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 6 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday 6:30 AM to 12 PM; the studio is closed on weekends. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and some bookings require a deposit that goes toward the final total. Extra guests are not allowed unless they are also booked, and children are welcome only when they are getting a service.

Styles By Iman aims to shape each visit around the individual client, and most color and extension work begins with a consultation to set a plan.
