The menu is built around protective and braided styles, with a long list of braid types priced by size and length. Feed-in cornrows, twists and braids on natural hair, braided updos, traditional and illusion crochet braids, small boho braids, Fulani braids, miracle knots, knotless braids and traditional box braids are all offered, along with men's braids with a fade or undercut and men's braiding.

Beyond braiding, the salon offers partial color with foils and prelightening, color touch-ups with a cut and style, and fantasy color with vivid tones. Extension work includes quickweaves and traditional sew-ins. Hair styling options include roller and rod sets, finger waves, silk presses, pixie cuts, sleek ponytails and relaxer touch-ups, and women's haircuts are offered in layered or blunt styles.

Locs have their own section, covering retwists, retwists with styling, retwists with two-strand twists and starter locs. Treatments include an ACV detox, a smoothing treatment that reduces frizz for several weeks, and steam shampoo with a scalp massage. Small waxing services for the chin, eyebrows and lip are also available.

Clients can pay over time through Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings in a set range, after getting approved before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The salon also carries and uses Monat hair and scalp products.

Each client is seen one on one, and appointments are not double booked.
