Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking page, which sorts services into categories for natural styles, touch ups, weave styles and Weave Wednesday.

Clients are asked to speak up about any hair issue when they book so the stylist can try to work around it. Hair ends should be healthy or trimmed before the appointment, since unhealthy ends can make the visit longer. Hair also needs to be at least 3 inches long all around. Clients with a scalp condition cannot be serviced.

A deposit of 20% of the total is due at checkout and is non-refundable. It is applied toward the remaining balance, which can be paid in cash, Chime or Tap Pay. Once a client has left the chair, no refunds are given.

Extra guests are not allowed at appointments. Appointments cannot be booked for other people unless the person booking is their parent or guardian.

Bookings are taken online, and clients are encouraged to raise hair concerns up front so the stylist can plan around them.
