Guests are served one-on-one in a cozy space, and the studio says its aim is for people to leave feeling like themselves and at home. Services cover color, cutting, styling, treatments, consultations and hair extensions.

New guests begin with a free consultation of at least 30 minutes to talk through hair goals, and it must be booked before a first appointment. Color pricing starts at $180 for All Over Color in one single shade, $275 for Highlights, where mini, maintenance or full is decided at the consultation, and $285 for Lived-In or Custom Color. Haircut Only starts at $15 and takes at least 15 minutes, while a full Haircut is $110 and includes a wash, massage, cut and style; the price of a cut varies with length and density. A Blowout is $65.

Parking is in the free Triangle Square garage, with the 3rd floor noted as the recommended spot. Arriving guests check in at the front door touch pad by entering 22 and selecting the stylist's name, and should come in with clean, completely dry hair, without dry shampoo, texture spray or hair spray. Appointments are first come, first serve, and requests are not taken through direct messages. Changes need 48 hours notice, with fees for late cancellations and missed visits. Children may only stay in the salon if they are receiving services.

Hair extensions are sew-in and beaded only, with sew-in methods that include hidden beaded, anchor beaded and classic beaded. Pricing varies widely and a quote follows a completed application form. Existing extension guests can have a free 45-minute Hair Extension Fix. The studio's care guidance is to brush extensions before showering, use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, keep sunscreen and suntan oil away from the hair, and run extensions through a curling iron once or twice after applying heat protectant.
