The menu is broad, covering cornrows in several sizes and stitch counts, feed-in braids, boxbraids, knotless braids, Fulani braids, and boho braids in synthetic or human hair options. Men's and boys' braid styles, ponytails, a blow-dry and style service, and quick weave round out the list. Add-ons such as blow outs, designs and accessories like beads, hair jewelry and ribbons can be added to many appointments.

Booking involves a deposit, which is non-refundable and can only be moved to a new date if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit is forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and an appointment is cancelled if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Many braid styles also ask clients to note their chosen hair color in the booking notes.

Hair length matters for several styles. Cornrows, boxbraids, men's braids and some other styles need hair at least 4 inches long, and clients unsure whether their hair qualifies are asked to check with the stylist first. For blow-dry and style, hair should be fully washed with no product in it. Hair is supplied for feed-in braids, boho braids and ponytails that include weave.

According to the booking page, reviews average 5.0 stars from 50 reviews. The Friday braid special is offered to new clients only and requires a $15 deposit sent via Zelle after booking.
