The business is built around women working through their hair journeys, with the aim of helping them feel more confident in their hair. The menu is grouped under one hair category and ranges from small add-ons, such as a warm eye mask or a scalp scrub, to longer appointments. Hair Boot Camp is a one-on-one, four-month program with two of each included service per month, covering wash days, silk presses, deep conditioners, trims as needed, and a hair analysis.

A visit can be simple or a full experience. The Silk Press Deluxe package adds a consultation, a head and shoulder massage, wine and two snacks, and a robe and slippers. Tape-in installs require a consultation first to confirm the client is a candidate, and the combined Tape In Hair + Install needs to be booked at least a week ahead so the hair can arrive. Most services take a deposit of $5 to $40. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered on bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Clients can cancel up to 48 hours ahead; later cancellations are subject to a 30% charge.

Silk press visits open with a detailed hair consultation so the stylist can learn each client's hair needs.
