The studio is run by Rachael, who owns Rachael Lucia Hair and has operated under that business since October 2020. Her color work centers on dimensional, lived-in color and balayage, and she builds a custom plan for each client's hair. Services can be tailored to a client's hair goals and schedule, and she welcomes new clients.

Balayage and highlight packages range from a mini balayage with cut and style to a longer Blonde Bombshell package, with appointment times from about 2 hours 45 minutes up to 5 hours. Color services include glosses, root color, and color correction, and there are haircuts for women, children ages 1 to 8 and older children, and a dedicated curly-hair cut. New guests are asked to complete a consultation form after requesting an appointment, and a consultation is available as its own service.

Clients can book online. Some services are request-to-book. Hair is clarified before each service for guests in the chair, and clients may be given clarifying shampoo recommendations to use before their visit. The studio uses All Nutrient organic hair color, which the salon says is locally made in Manchester, New Hampshire, and is free of a list of ingredients it names, including sulfates, parabens, formaldehyde, gluten and phthalates.

Color and cut plans are built around each client's natural features, with suggestions for shades that suit their lifestyle, upkeep needs and personal style.
