The menu runs from a gloss refresh that does not lighten or cover gray, through all-over color, root retouches, bleach with toning, traditional highlights and root color with highlights, up to lived-in color and balayage. Most color services can be booked with or without a haircut, and prices start from $85 to $285 depending on the service and length of appointment. New clients can book a free 15-minute color consultation to talk through their needs and goals before booking.

Extension services include a 30-minute consultation. The Extension Club membership costs $250 per month and covers both installation and removal. Custom hair is ordered in advance, and color is applied on the day of the appointment. The salon also offers the Brazilian Blowout, which it describes as a smoothing service rather than permanent straightening. According to the salon, the effect may last up to 12 weeks when aftercare is followed, though the length depends on hair type and upkeep.

New clients pay a $50 deposit to book color services and a $75 deposit to book the Brazilian Blowout. A 30% cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled within 24 hours. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
