Hair restoration is a major focus, with scalp detoxes, treatments for seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis and traction alopecia, and hair units. Specialty work includes silk presses, tape-ins, Pronto, knotless braids and crochets. Kids can get knotless braids for ages 10 and under, starting at $140, or a silk press up to shoulder length. The salon also runs an After School Braid Class for students.

Extension services include tape-in removal, tape-in maintenance and shampoo with re-tape. Add-ons include bohemian curly hair, which requires the client to buy the hair, ends trims, extra length silk presses for hair longer than shoulder length, detangling and braid take-down.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and most appointments require one, paid right after booking or the booking is canceled. Late arrivals pay a $10 fee for every 10 minutes, and appointments may be canceled after 30 minutes with a 50% charge. Rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead avoids a 50% charge, and no-calls and no-shows are charged 50% and may be barred from booking. Clients should arrive with clean hair, and hair should be shampooed before a shampoo add-on appointment, to avoid inconvenience fees. Guests and children are not allowed unless they are receiving services.

The salon says walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are highly recommended. Listed hours are Thursday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
