Curly hair is a central part of the work. The salon describes itself as known for expert curly cuts and the Butterfly Cut. Its Cado curly cut is performed by Yuliza only and includes a dry cut, wash and diffuse, while a standard curly cut is listed from $200. Before a curly cut, clients are asked to wash their hair the day before, detangle it fully, use minimal styling product, and come in with hair down.
Color is the salon's specialty, which it describes as master color transformations. Balayage and highlights are offered to returning clients who have had one of those services at the salon before, with listed prices of $550 and $250 and starting prices of $300 and $200; final cost varies with hair length and density. Consultations are required for all color services and cannot be done by phone or virtually. Any color service or single process is treated as a full color correction. Color services include a hair wash, and an in-salon wash carries a charge.
Bookings can be made online through the salon's website. Clients need to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and a late arrival of more than 10 minutes may lead to rescheduling and loss of the deposit. Clients agree to chemical and allergy consent forms before service. Extra guests and children are not allowed because of limited space. All sales are final, and gift cards are available.
